Just perfect

Excellent hotel very spacious excellent food

When we arrived I had requested an early check in and was prepared to pay the extra fee,however we arrived at the hotel at 9:45am and was told they would try get our room ready asap and to leave my number and they would ring me when room was ready,however got no phone call so went back to the reception area at 3pm to enquire was my room ready,and I was asked did I receive a phone call to come up to which I replied no,and the reply was well it’s not ready so,myself and my wife sat in reception waiting for a phone call that never came,so at 5pm I again asked at reception was my room ready to be told that it was ready hours ago,this was very annoying as we had spent nearly 7 hours waiting,but despite this people that had checked in after us all got there rooms before us which was very disappointing,

The hotel food was exceptional - the wine tasting experience was excellent. the availability of sunbeds was very good. The evening entertainment was very good with lots of different types of entertainers .

What was the highlight of TUI BLUE Suite Princess

A much needed ‘fun in the sun’ week away. Did not disappoint.

Excellent location, probably best in area. The reception is clad in marble, light and airy and makes a great first impression. Most rooms had sea views and were spacious. Our room was last refurbished in 2017. The pool is clean, well positioned, monitored by a life guard and there is plenty to do around the hotel with easy access to the beach. The Tui staff are lovely and helpful. Plenty of fun activities throughout our weeks stay. Good food for a fully inclusive package.

It’s probably getting about ready for a bit of a refresh. Some of the cement cladding is cracking and one or two tiles in the bathroom were splitting. The single most unsatisfactory item that jumped out to us, and seemed oddly out of place in an otherwise beautiful hotel was how shabby the towels and linen were. They were clean but wow, are they beyond worn! Threadbare towels which were holed and frayed. The ‘season’ has not really even got going this year so towels and some linen need replacing as a matter of urgency. Don’t get me wrong, you can live with worn out towels! However, this is potentially spoiling an otherwise excellent hotel.

Great place, lovely food, friendly service.

Really lovely hotel. Great food and service. They didn't seem to skimp on the all inclusive, and the food in particular was of good range and quality.

The hotel is in Taurito which is a bit cut off from the rest of the island, so you'd need a rental car or taxi to explore.

everything food drinks entertainment rooms staff. all brilliant

just one comment, the floor in the otherwise lovely shower had a big water stain obviously from years of use. but surely some proper chemicals or jet/steam spray would bring it back to a decent standard.

The lifts are a bit clunky and jolt you a bit, having said that they never broke down

Beautiful hotel, great Swiss roll and good night entertainment.

The hotel it’s self was so much nicer in person, pictures really do not do it justice. There was constant entertainment be it gales at the the pool or different acts each night. The entertainment was was so good, there was this thee male operah band that really blew us away. The food was good. We thought the lunches were always better than the dinners to be honest but still good dinners. There’s this strawberry Swiss roll that we went us about ten times to get more of. The gym had good equipment for a hotel gym and looked over the beach.

Not such we didn’t like. We wish we knew men had to wear trousers for dinner before we got there so we could of packed some but it was fine we went to the shops and bought a cheap pair, hotel also offers rental. Main down side for us was the location, so if you wanted to go to dinner any of the evenings in one of the near by towns it was between 20-30 Euro each way. Also would love if the newsagent in hotel was open till 6 so by the time you get to your room and realise you’re burnt you still have time to pop down and buy aftersun.
